Did you miss it?? The sale I've been trying to have for the last FOUR YEARS finally happened in March! But it's not too late!

Please be mindful of the shipping times for "made to order beads". Most orders get made within several days but can take longer when it’s busy, especially in summer, around holidays and/or larger orders. I always will ship by the noted time on the listing. Always.
I ship USPS Ground Advantage shipping. this includes $100 insurance. Any additional insurance is up to the buyer. just let me know and I’ll add it :)

♦ As a side note... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, READ THE DESCRIPTION! Even if it's not the chatty bit at the very top, at least read the part below it about the size, colors, hole size.
And Please understand that when bead is viewed on a computer screen or phone, THAT IS NOT THE ACTUAL SIZE OF THE BEAD. (I know...most people would assume this to be true and that they're not the size of a baseball. But believe it or not, it has become necessary to state this fact)
Any misunderstandings about my work can be totally avoided by reading the description. It is extremely frustrating to get a lesser review based on what a buyer thought they were getting because the description was not read.
If you have questions or concerns, please ask! I actually enjoy talking to my customers! And if there is an issue once you receive your order, please consider messaging me before leaving a review so I can at least remedy the situation. I never want someone to be happy with my work. We all work hard for our money and I really do appreciate you spending it on my art ♥


IMPORTANT MESSAGES ABOUT LEAD TIME!!
Please be aware that many of my beads are Made-To-Order. There is a
5-10 BUSINESS DAY ALLOWANCE for me to do this. Please plan your projects with this in mind and allow for them to ship as well. If you order beads that are ready to ship but it includes made-to-order ones, they will ship together and the lead time for making the others. I assure you, I make every effort to get them out as quickly as possible and have never once missed that window/deadline. Not once... in 15 years on Etsy. If you need your beads quickly, please let me know and I'll see of I can make it happen.
Just an added note, "Please and Thank You" go a long way with me. I don't know what's going on in the world right now but people need to understand that there is a human on the other end of messages. Being rude or short gets you nowhere. Seriously.
